  • chevron_rightHow often are the pools cleaned and when is the service performed?
    The pools are both cleaned two times per week in the summer and once a week when the pools are closed. The service days during the pool season are Tuesday and Friday, usually early in the mornings. 
  • chevron_rightHow much are the dues and where do I send my payment?
    The dues will increase to $888 per year in 2026, payable in two installments of $444. They are due on January 1 and July 1 each year. If they are not paid within 30 days of the due date, they are considered late and will be charged a 10% late fee.

    Our management company, Homeowner Association Services, is conveniently located just off of Crow Canyon Road in the office buildings near the City Offices. Their address is:

  • chevron_rightHow do I get a pool key?
    Pool keys can be picked up from the management office. If you lose your pool key, there is a charge of $75 for a replacement key.
     
    New homeowners should be sure to get the key from the old owner through escrow.
  • chevron_rightHow do I get a tennis court key?
    The tennis court keys and the pool keys are one in the same. Your pool key will open the tennis court gates and your tennis court key will open the pool gates!! 
     
    If you have lost your pool/tennis court key you can get a new key at the management office. Just like pool keys, there is a $75 charge for a replacement key.
  • chevron_rightHow do I reserve the clubhouse?
    1. Call our management company (Homeowner Association Services) at 925-830-4848 and speak with Sandra Thomas-Vedder. She can add your requested date to the calendar.

    Check availability and reserve your date on the Reservations page!
    2. Complete the Clubhouse Rental Form
    3. Bring your completed rental application, $50 rental fee and $250 deposit check to the management office to secure your date. 
    4. The business day before your event, you can pick up the keys to the clubhouse at the management office.
  • chevron_rightWhat do my dues cover?
    A full list of what your dues cover can be seen in the Budget, but here's a quick breakdown: 
     
    • Pool maintenance and upkeep for both pools
    • Tennis court maintenance
    • Reserves (to pay for long term repairs to pools/tennis courts/clubhouse, etc.)
    • Common area landscaping, weed abatement & irrigation
    • Insurance on the common areas
    • Administrative expenses (management, tax prep, mailings, legal fees, etc.)
    • Pool security guard (at night during the summer)
    • Utilities (gas, electric, water) for the pools and cabana
  • chevron_rightHow do I become a Board Member?
    Thank you for your interest in serving our community by joining the Board. The Board holds elections at the Annual Meeting in April of each year. A Statement of Candidacy will be sent to all owners (and will be posted online) in December. If you are interested in running, we encourage your to fill out the form and return it to our property manager.
